Gretta graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Miami University (Oxford) with a B.A. in Political Science. She graduated in 2002 from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she served as an executive member of both the Moot Court Board and the Standards and Ethics Committee.
Gretta began her career as a law clerk for Judge Fred Nelson of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. She was a Clermont County Assistant Public Defender for four years where she developed a reputation as an aggressive advocate for her clients. During her tenure, she handled well over 1,000 felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases. Gretta joined Laufman and Napolitano as an associate in 2009. Her practice is focused on domestic relations, juvenile law and criminal defense.
Gretta is trained and certified in collaborative divorce. She is a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
As a lifelong Cincinnatian, Gretta is passionate about serving as a court-appointed Guardian for local abused and neglected children. She is a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Clermont County CASA, and the Cincinnati Bar Association Juvenile Law Committee. |
